NSFW (I guess) I tore my frenulum.

So im kinda freaking out, I tore my frenulum while having sex with my gf, its never happend before and we've been rough before, and there was ALOT of blood, I got it to stop bleeding, used ice, and pressure, took a piss and it bled a bit more, got that to stop and cleaned, and used safe disinfectants, and dont have any pain, it didnt even hurt much when it tore, it only stings when i use water directly on the tear. But I am baffled on how tf I am supposed to bandage it, it's torn a bit, and I don't want to pull the skin further back incase it tears more.

Does anyone have any advice, because stitches scare tf outta me, and it is something common and heals on its own (which suprised me and is helping me not outright panic) but I just need to know how to actually bandage it.

And hopefully hearing other people who dealt with it would help alot, but idk.
