Celebrity aging reel AI tool

Hi everyone,

How can I create my own AI short video showing a celebrity growing up as they reach career milestones? I've seen a few on Instagram and, I believe, YouTube, but I can't find them in an organic search, and I'm unsure what AI software is being used. The song on these reels is usually "Cheri Cheri Lady" by Modern Talking. I hope to get some answers so I can create my own. Thank you!
