Vivobook M5506 vs Zenbook UX3405

So I’m stuck between the vivobook AMD Ryzen™ AI 9 365 32gb 1tb against the zenbook Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 Processor 185H 32gb 1tb

I’m a layperson so the specs just don’t mean a great deal to me and I’d appreciate peoples advice.

This will be a new work / home laptop, mostly for large spreadsheets / data analysis, video calls, video editing, presentations etc
