Should I sell my 8GB M3 for the new 16GB M4?

I bought the M3 8GB Ram literally a week before they changed it to 16GB stock. I couldn’t return it because I bought it from a third party (I’m not in the US) Is it worth selling my M3 now and getting the M4 16GB??
