Need your opinions

Is it too late to continue studying (diploma) around 25 and finish it around 31ish (degree)? I really want to make it happen if this is the only way I can move out from this country. But tbh, I'm not smart; I don't think even when I finish studying I can apply for jobs abroad. Is this plan ok, or am I just wasting my teen life on something that leads me nowhere? My ambition is really weird; I just want to get out of this country and live as a gay man that I'm supposed to be. I started my health journey to be fit today; I think that is something, I guess.
