Help needed

Hello people, my epic games account got hacked recently and I can't seem to get it back I texted epic services they said they couldn't help because they can't indetifie I am a real account holder in my email it said I didn't leave enough info, but I left my epic id my number and even my linked psn account, can anyone help me if you had similar situation?
