What's going on with the processing times

Have they even been packing orders the past two days? My order has been stuck "preparing" since the 6th. But interestingly enough my reshipment of an item packed and shipped almost immediately yesterday in a few hour period. I don't recall things taking this long unless the item isn't stocked but all of mine are stocked.
