How to fight with scripting?

Every season is the same. No problems with reaching ~1700 and beating top 1000 players time after time, but then scripting kicks in, my players are slow, can't pass, shoot, intercept etc... basically I feel like all their abilities dropped by 30%. Every game my defenders positioning and awareness are ridiculous. There's no coincidence. Do you have any tips how to fight this, or only method is to stop playing and switch accounts when scripting kicks in? Ofc I'm F2P
