What exercises eliminate curves and give a more androgynous body type?
I'm a non-binary AFAB with a very curvy body shape that constantly gives me severe dysphoria, so I really want to start doing exercises to lose said curves and get a more lean/androgynous look if possible. I have a small waist, wide hips, wide shoulders and a semi-present chest (a B sized cup).
Before, I was doing the following exercises, until I had a medical hiccup and had to stop for a while, which gave me issues with my flexibility:
Slim Thighs & Calves for Lean Model Legs Pregnancy Safe / Nina Dapper
Slim Body Workout Calves, Core, Inner Thighs, Arms Pregnancy Safe / Nina Dapper
Slim Hips Workout 10 Minutes No Equipment on Floor / Nina Dapper
Exercises and Stretches against Back Pain and Back Tension - Pregnancy Safe / Nina Dapper
I was doing really well until said medical hiccup that made me take a few months break from it and severely reduced my flexibility. I'm better now, but I still really struggle with getting that flexibility back to what it was.
My old method/routine was this:
I would follow each video, one after the other, until I did a 30 minute workout and that would be daily, just a bit before I'd have my shower and hop into my jammies (PJs)
I managed to be fairly consistent for about.. I think two months and even though I slimmed down a little bit, my curves still stubbornly held on and my breasts remain unaffected.
What I'm wondering, is if anyone knows of any good exercises that will give me a more boyish body? I don't mean bulky/muscly, but more lean so I can be more androgynous. I've been able to make most of my appearance that way but it's very difficult when you're a walking hourglass. I usually have to wear a few layers to hide them but even with pants, it's a huge giveaway.
I know that certain exercises can make you more lean, but I was wondering if anyone can recommend any to specifically get rid of extremely stubborn curves? My diet is A-okay, as medically I can't change it but exercise-wise, can anybody recommend any methods? Is my old routine okay and it's just a matter of having to do it consistently for 1-2 years for really, really stubborn curves?
