Urgent: Eye Symptoms After Unprotected Sex – ER Needed?

Hey all, I'm a 25M with 0 history of STDs or STIs of UTI, not even once before this. 1 week ago: Unprotected (anal) sex with a lady (+ecstasy).
2 days later: Burning urination → doc prescribed doxycycline (6/10 days done). Improved peeing, no pain or discomfort when peeing, never had a fever or felt sick, but yesterday: Red, slightly crusty/swollen eyes (no pain/discharge). No prior STIs. Also on Wegovy 1.75mg/week and vitamin D 20,000 IU/day.

Questions:

• Could this be an STI (gonorrhea?) spreading to my eyes?
• Is this ER-worthy, or can I wait 4 days for my doctor's appointment to get tested?

Chatgpt is telling me that it could be gonococcal conjunctivitis since the timeline and all symptoms point to that. Should i go to the ER right away? I live in a small town in germany and last time i went there with severe tooth ache they drove me away
