Am I overreacting for feeling this sad, for what my Long Distance Girlfriend said to me

Discussion

So Me and her both are 18, and there's a 12:30 hour time difference between us, its weekend so she was staying up late because she sleeps till late as well, we were discussing something and I asked her " why don't you ask me questions " and she said "because you always ask me to ask you stuff when I am busy or sleepy " to which I said " but I want you to in general ask me stuff here and there and text me" and she said " I have a lot of things going on and you don't necessarily " and it hit me so hard and I felt so bad and hurt that I can't explain it, I asked her what does she meant and she told me I am always online so it appears like that and I told her its basically because I have my phone by my side all the time and when I get text from you so I reply because I don't have any reason to make you wait and I don't express that doesn't mean i don't have much going , I just don't bring that up because that has nothing to do with talking to you and having a communication with you and I told her I felt bad and we had a bit of an argument on this and later she did said she's sorry and that she meant to say " we both are having a lot and we both deal differently " , and like we in general had a discussion over it and she said she's trying because she had told me that she is burnt out because in past relationship she used to chase people and got hurt and I told her that I acknowledge that and that is like one of the more reason to put extra efforts into talking to her and having convos with her, but that one sentence made me feel so bad that I still feel heavy down my stomach, I know she loves me because we do talk a lot and have a good chemistry and I also get people mistakenly say stuff but I don't know if I am overreacting for feeling so bad for this and making this a thing bigger than it is
