WIFI vanished from first build, using Intel AX210
Hello, I finished my first build last night and it was all running well, but halfway through my setup (installing steam, spotify etc after windows 11) the Wi-Fi suddenly vanished. Only ethernet shows as available now so I'm using my phones tether temporarily.
The AX210 adapter doesn't show in device manager either, even with "show hidden devices" ticked.
I wanted to know if this could be a hardware or driver issue. So far I've tried new drivers, a cold boot, refitting the chip, reinstalling windows.
Just to note 2 things that might have affected it, on the first install I used talon to debloat windows (silly I know) and haven't used it since. I also clicked "uninstall device" in device manager on the intel chip that was there mistakenly when trying to update the drivers, after it initially stopped working.
Just to cover all bases, would the chip show up if it were still in the slot but the antennae were disconnected, or does the whole thing vanish as soon as there is a fault?
Some device info:
- ASRock B650 LiveMixer ATX
- EDUP WiFi 6E Wireless Card Intel AX210 NGW Bluetooth 5.3 Tri-Band 5400Mbps Network Adapter
- Windows 11
Thanks in advance
