HELP ME DECIDE PLEASE !!! SONY XM4 VS M50XBT2, FOR MOVIES ON PC !!!

I narrowed the options to these 2 headphnoes (200$ budget), m50xbt2 and xm4. Closed-back headphones, ANC is NOT important for me, only great overall sound signature and sound quality, and, ofcurse, a pleasing bass for the movies, and the most quality-immersive experience. will consider to go wired, if there are options that are much much better in terms of sound signature and quality.
