Molar end top right broken

Context: For the past seven months, he had been connecting the wires at the back (including molar). However, about two months ago, they came off while I was eating, and he told me that I didn’t need molar braces, but he would put them on if needed. I was fine with that since the top left molar band was still intact, while the other three had come off. Yesterday, he reattached the molar bands to the three broken ones, but they aren’t connected, while the top left molar band remains connected just like before. Plus he threaded something more tight on my incisors and they are hurting like a ******. anyone has an idea cause he never told me and I just realized it 10 mins ago.
