Special family dinner in Bangkok recos

Heya, we are travelling to Bangkok soon (in 24hours actually lol)

I was hoping to gain some insights and recommendations as to where I could treat my family for a "grand" dinner before we depart back to our home country.

My criterias are as followed: Price- 1,000-1,500 Baht per person Diners- 4 pax (3 adults, 1 minor) Cuisine- I'm down for any as long as it has some form of thai flair to it (I'm in Thailand so I wish for this meal to explore their cuisine in a modern-refined manner)

This will be on a weekday
