Belly smaller but scale not moving?

I’m a first timer and have been on zepbound for about 7 weeks now (39F/SW 314/CW 310). I did a month on 2.5mg and am just about to take my third 5mg dose. In that time I have lost 4lbs. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong here, or if I’m just a slow loser. I do feel like my belly is getting smaller, but keep being surprised that the scale isn’t moving more. Don’t get me wrong - I’m grateful for any loss, just wondering if there’s anything else going on. Thanks in advance!
