AWD in Reverse on the EX30

Reading this article https://www.bmwblog.com/2025/03/06/bmw-neue-klasse-awd-reverse-snow-ice/ I was reminded about some reports from last winter that AWD isn't working on the EX30 in Reverse.

Has anyone tested this or has found any additional information ?
