5 or 10 minutes subs? (Psyche subliminals)

Hey guys 🤍 thanks to this sub Reddit, I’ve discovered Psyche Subliminals and ngl I’ve gotten great results from her visualization sub! Anyways, I’ve noticed that she has 10 minute versions of almost all of her subliminals, and I’m wondering if there’s any difference between them and her 5-minute-long videos? For those who use her subs, do you prefer the 5 minute or 10 minute version?
