Change of schedule

I’m one of two dentists that works M-Th and our boss is asking for one is to change to T-F. Neither of want to change schedules as we prefer having the Friday off. My boss said anything is up for negotiation. I was thinking I would offer to make the switch with a couple more PTO days and a small raise. Does this seem unreasonable. What would you do?
