Was it right or wrong? Or shud I hv just let it like that?
I'm a 19/F, university student. I have 3 close friends. And one of them, say X, started behaving different after them working at an event/program. They used to get more angry at anything told to them, being oversmart, and they used to reply in an authoritative tone. Everything happened the way they wanted. I let it slide, didn't take it to heart cuz they're my friend and I thought it'd happen.
But when I talked to the other 2 of my friends, Y and Z, about it, they too felt the same way. I talked about how I felt on X to X themself cause they are such a good friend and I don't want to lose another friend again. I learned their point of view as well. But things got too overwhelming for me and asked them for a break. Break from everyone.
A day or two later, I hear news saying X MIGHT have cancer, it's not confirmed yet, tests are happening. Hearing it, I am feeling guilty and didn't understand what I should do. Maybe I shouldnt have spoke about it. Ive lost myself since the day I felt different about her. Is it right to leave her side when she requires me more? Was it right or wrong?
