Idea for customization thingy i thought of

Okay so I was thinking about how there should be another skin rarity available better than legendary or they should rework legendary rarity entirely. So some characters have like animations like Magiks little demon thing or even jeff's bubble and when they get a legendary skin it does not event change and it's still the same, just imagine Doctor Strabges Ult but now it's like purple and has a different effect? That would be so cool
