These woman are amazing, I have a question

I have a question about these girls, Ive seen absolute jawdropping beauties like Xiaoranran, Minana, Vikki, where are these girls originally broadcasted? Are they just dancers? What exactly are they doing and are these videos pay2watch? Whenever I google I can find their dancevideos but never where they originally perform or anything else about them and im genuinely curious about the whole Korean or Chinese dance, if someone can enlighten me I would highly appreciate it, thanks in advance
