Listening to music without phone

So recently I've been on a journey of discipline and one of the things I need to cut away is my phone usage. Is there a device that would let me use Spotify downloads (so I don't have to use mp3 files) without my phone? Almost like an old iPod with Spotify. It doesn't need to be Bluetooth because I'm a wired guy anyway. Any help? Thx.
