How Do You All Move On? I Struggle Even After Short Relationships & Ghosting Hits Hard

People who have been in a long-term relationship(s) and after that moved on, I have a big respect for your mental toughness. I'm saying this because most of my relationships lasted a maximum of 1 and a half months, and then I struggled to move on in most of the cases. Even if a girl whom I like ghosts me, then it hurts me badly, and I can't get over her.
