To Ethan and Hila - as a pediatric healthcare professional and longtime fan

I just want to let you both know that there are lots of people out here who identify as liberals and aren’t chronically online who are on your side and think the hate you receive is unequivocal. I am a frequent tik tok user, and whenever I get tik toks on my fyp of ethan/hila/H3 the comments are always vile. Saying Ethan is having a breakdown, calling them both zionists, ect.

I am admittedly not as chronically online as a lot of these people criticizing them (I have a career and life) so I googled “zionism”. I had an idea of what it meant but surely the dictionary definition would provide me more clarity. Do people even hear what they are saying in any meaningful way? I don’t think Ethan or Hila would classify under the dictionary definition of “zionism”. I also think there is is this weird, prevasive needs for liberals/leftists to criticize each other on their levels of alignment with leftist values. WHY are we spending so much time directing hate at people that agree with you on 95% of things?

Anyway, the CPS thing REALLY felt personal to me. I work at a children’s hospital. Like Talkingtotequila’s tik tok implied, there are horrible VILE parents out there. I see children born addicted to multiple drugs, that come from roach infested homes. Children that have brain damage from being beaten by their parents and are now trach/ventilator dependent for the rest of their life. It’s really made me feel as if good parents are few and far between.

Obviously, I do not know Hila and Ethan personally. However, NOTHING they have said or done even suggests they are bad parents, let alone worthy of a CPS call. If anything they protect their children’s privacy better than 99% of parents on the internet.

Again, I just wanted to remind you all that their are REAL people out here, with jobs and lives and liberal views that see you and support you and KNOW this is wrong. ✌️❤️
