Anyone come off the combo pill?

I’m thinking about coming off the combo pill, but I’m nervous about the side effects. Anyone have experience with this? I went on it to control my acne when I was 16. I’m 23 now, and I’m starting to think it might be causing morning nausea? I’m just trying to rule things out and that’s the only thing I can think of, but it’s been years with no issue so idk.
