Setup for music venue

I am taking over a small 400 seat theater in my hometown and I would like to record the shows so I can post them on YouTube. I’m thinking about hard mounting cameras to the walls or ceiling and I won’t have any handheld. I assume I’ll need four or five cameras and I would need to record everything to a computer so I can run production after the fact. What’s the best setup for this kind of thing? There is a place in Austin Tx that does this (Kick Butt Coffee), but they are a bit far from me and it’s tough to get ahold of the right guy to get any information from him! I also assume that there are better or cheaper options out there.
