Spring forward bedtime struggle

FTM here- 7 month old always goes down pretty easy independently at 7 pm. We follow wake windows so I wasn’t expecting bedtime to be effected by DLS but he for sure protested bedtime tonight and cried for a good 20 mins before falling asleep which isn’t like him. We kept same schedule and wake up time as before. Is this normal during spring forward? I wasn’t expecting it since we are on wake windows still and not set nap schedule
