Stellaris Subscription

Hello everyone! :)

I have some questions about the Stellaris monthly subscription:

• Does the subscription cover all DLCs, expansions, cosmetics, portraits, etc.?
• In a multiplayer game, does only the host need the subscription for others to have access to the full game and play together?
• Is there anything excluded from the subscription that would need to be purchased separately?
• Lastly, in multiplayer, if the host has the subscription, do other players receive full access to everything, including portraits, so they can play?
