How do you keep up the motivation while applying to jobs?

Each application takes so long to fill in the details and apply. It's hard stay motivated and get myself to spend the time to apply not knowing if a job posting is even active. Personally, I feel like if there was a way to see like users reporting interview invites or rejections or other activity for a job posting, it would motivate me to apply for a particular job posting since I can actually see that there is some kind of activity going on. I feel like some transparency can definitely help. Right now, it just feels like I’m applying into a black hole half the time.
