Texas identity fraud law

Hey y'all, i just saw a post talking about a proposed Texas law that would criminalize telling a government identity or employer you are trans as a felony / identity fraud. I moved to upstate New York like 3.5 months ago but most of my documents / IDs are still from Texas since i haven't been here that long.This feels like a stupid question now that I'm typing it out but does anyone know if / how this law would affect me and other ppl that move out of the state? I got my passport marker changed while still living in Texas. I'm really scared.
