Berkeley Email?- seeking advice!

Just got an email saying my application is now complete since they waived the Kira requirement. They recommended that I do it soon “if I haven’t already.” I did the Kira the day after I received the link. Saying my application is “now complete” makes me think it was not before Kira became optional. The Kira check box is filled in on my portal though. I could be overthinking this but I’m wondering whether this is an email they sent to others that have already sent their Kira, or if I should seek some sort of confirmation that they’ve received it? Thank you!
