pocket blush issue

so i am very happy with the pocket blushes i have piggy and toasted teddy, but i am wondering how everyone applies it? especially toasted teddy.

i notice that if i wear foundation/concealer the blush completely removes my make up on the bottom and i have tried a brush, my fingers , applying directly on my face or on my hand and picking it up with a brush but every outcome is the same 😫 for some reason it doesnt stay pigment on my skin its kind of a transparent colour you can see my acne underneath! and the problem is i have concealed underneath but it just completely removes all my foundation😭
