Waiting on Charger Install Question

I have a 200amp panel, I would love to do 100amp breaker for 80amp charging speeds.

Waiting on the assigned installer to get in touch with me, but I'd love to do a 100amp breaker, i think the specs are ford will cover 80' and a 60amp breaker which i am well within range of...is it possible for the installer to do a 100amp set up and basically charge me the difference?
