Using ProcessLasso with 14900K, run games on all cores or P-Cores only?

Do you put games only on P-Cores (0-15) or all cores? (0-31)?

Or does it vary by game?

I just tested it and saw that at least in Cyberpunk 2077 and Black Myth Wukong, the FPS is higher with the games on all cores, not just P-Cores.

My main issue was with Overwatch which a while back (like in early 2023) was giving me stuttering/slowdown unless I locked it to P-Cores only. So I assumed I should be locking all games to P-Cores but it seems that is not the case?
