Bought a Bad Used GPU

Troubleshooting

I recently purchased a graphics card used with cash (no refund there). It worked great for a day then following me accidentally turning off the power strip that the PC was connected to, I’m no longer able to run any games without the screen flickering, the PC then shutting off, and the VGA light on my motherboard lighting white. I hoped it might be the PSU so I tried a new one but that didn’t work. Reseating the GPU does not work. Reseating RAM does not work. DDU did not work. I’m wondering if anybody has any advice about where to go from here… further troubleshooting? Attempt to use a warranty (it’s an Acer GPU)? Or just sell it for parts? Can it be fixed through a good service shop?
