Sfe cut in the middle of the year

As title states, I got a letter that they re-evaulated my entitlement for SFE and I should get only 7k for whole year instead of 11k I was assigned initially? For me 7k is ridiculous as my rent alone costs nearly 9k for a year and I have no financial help from family. I work but it is not enough money to cover my rent next term if they won't pay me for the last term what should I do?
