At what point in the order process is it less likely to get scammed / for them to cancel it?

Managed to snag an XT on the restock on the 10th. The order went through, and the status is currently 'in transit'. Going into the tracking data though it says 'Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.'

At what point in the order process would I feel confident enough to not try and place another order with another vendor? I got burned on release day after they cancelled my MSRP order about an hour after I made it.
