Looking for some advise on my 07 VW Wolfsburg edition

Hey everyone please help me I have an 07 Volkswagen Wolfsburg edition and it never came with a book about maintenance or service

My question is I can't for the life of me wonder why my rpm's are going crazy and won't let me accelerate it makes my PRNDS all light up and won't shift or lag in shifting should I keep trying to figure out what book to get
