Can I name baby #3 a name that doesn’t start with the same letter?

I’m pregnant I have a daughter named Ellerie and a son named Easton. A lot of girl E names haven’t really stuck out to me except Eisley but I feel like it’s too similar to Ellerie. The girls names I like: Veda, Calliope (Callie for short), Caia or Kaia, Cassia (after my mom who passed shorter version of Cassandra) For boys: Zephyr, Ezra. That’s it lol. Also waiting to find out gender until the birth since this is our tie-breaker baby!
