Best spoiler-free guide for recruiting all 108 chars?

Hi all,

Busy father of 2 here. I would love to get a spoiler-free guide to recruit all 108 stars (because missables drive me crazy) but would like to experience the story as best as possible as well.

Any advice? Thanks!
