What is proper etiquette on your world when it comes to eating?

Coming up with fantasy names for fantasy meals has been fun but now I'm working on how different beasts and Demons and such consume what they eat. Whether it's vegetables, the meat of animals, souls, etc...

The most interesting part of worldbuilding (for me) will always be culture. So, I wanted to know how you handled eating in your world. Do you have designated areas where they eat? Does the dishware change based on the time of day or who you're eating with?
