Not working at all

So yesterday the game would not let me connect to the servers. (I’m on PC btw) but for some reason I see everyone else online. I then wait till today to try and connect to no avail after 24 hours. I then uninstall and reinstall the game, only for it to not even load this time. Can Anyone help me? Or is anyone else on pc having these same issues?
