Sebring radio/scanner question

Hi all, going to sebring by myself Saturday and mostly just want to listen to the broadcast but other channels would be cool too. Is this a good enough radio for that? https://a.co/d/7PduPuy

Just don’t want to spend the money on a uniden quite yet , other alternatives would be appreciated! Also if you know of a good in person store to get one as it is last minute that would also be super helpful. Thank you!
