1. Shorter lines - customers can order quickly. Especially the customers who know what they want.

2. Increased sales - customers love being able to see the whole menu, especially the add-ons. Easy up-sell and I can add special offers if I want.

3. Reduced labor cost - I can have more people preparing food vs taking orders. We can get more done, increase sales, with the same amount of people.
