Why do my eyes start itching after going outside in the summer?

Every time I go outside during the summer, my eyes start itching like crazy. It’s not just a little irritation – it’s pretty uncomfortable. It usually happens shortly after being outdoors, especially on sunny or windy days.

I don’t wear contacts or have any known eye conditions. Could this be allergies or something else? Should I be concerned, and are there any remedies to ease itching?
