I had surgery on my wrist 10 weeks ago was in a cast for 6 weeks and can now barely move it, havent been able to go to the gym in 3 months, lost 10 pounds of muscle, arms and chest significantly smaller, accumalated more belly fat, and have no idea when i can weightlift again. Really taking toll on my mental health.
