What to choose? Doordash E5 vs Paypal Staff

After a year of leetcoding, job searching, failed interviews and mental health problems, I finally got an offer.

Paypal staff sde

- base: 180 though recruiter said that I may be able to push to 200

- equity: ~145 vested over 3 years

- 10% cash bonus every year

- another 10% cash bonus based on performance

- TC: Somewhere close to 300k

DD senior frontend

- base: 200

- equity: ~700 vested over 4 years

- TC: ~400k

I'm honestly a little intimidated by the staff role as I was barely a senior engineer at my previous company. I know it's really hard to go beyond senior and I'm grateful for the opportunity, but the higher pay and the company Doordash itself is a bit more appealing to me. WWYD?
