Ex bf brought my things, flowers, note

I broke up with my ex bf two weeks ago it was very hard to do. No cheating or abuse but a lot of unsolved problems. I cut contact but he said somethings and made me text him back. He said all the things he wanted to say and left it nice and in turn sent a paragraph thanking him for everything.we both ended it with love you. We scheduled a time for him to drop off my things he did and dropped off flowers and letter. It said thank you for everything I’m proud of you and life will get better good bye and nothing else. What I’m I suppose to feel. Anyone else received something similar. I was doing good with nc but idk what to feel anymore
