Looking for case suggestions. Fishtank, aircool cpu & vertical mount gpu

I have looked at cases like the Phanteks NV5 and the Corsair 3500x because i like that they are not too wide and is one chamber. But looking at pictures (barely any pictures with tower cooler for cpu) it visually looks like there wont be enough room between tower and a vertical gpu.

Any experience?
